For the second year in a row we took the grand prize for the Spirit of Surfing Cuervo Challenge put on by Jose Cuervo Tequila and Surfline. Once again we packed out bags and blasted out to the most expensive wave in the entire world on an all expenses paid trip with a legendary crew of surfers.

Last year my buddy and I headed down south to Mexico for the First Annual Spirit of Surfing Challenge. This year we’re back, and we’ve stepped our game up. Instead of heading to Mexico, we decided to film in our own backyard. We set off through beautiful Orange County, California in an attempt to get as many fun waves as possible with our friends. The grand prize winner gets a private session at the coveted Kelly Slater Wave Pool.
